ADHD

ADHD isn't only about hyperactivity. For many people, especially adults, it shows up as trouble sustaining focus, disorganization, missed deadlines, or a mind that jumps between tasks without finishing any of them. We provide full evaluations for ADHD in children, teens, and adults, and build medication plans around how it actually affects your day-to-day life.

How is adult ADHD different from childhood ADHD?

Many adults with ADHD were never diagnosed as children. Hyperactivity often fades with age, while attention and organizational difficulties persist or become more noticeable as responsibilities increase.

What happens during an ADHD evaluation?

We review your history, including school records or family input when relevant, and screen for other conditions that can look similar or occur alongside ADHD, like anxiety or depression, before making a diagnosis.

Is medication the only treatment option?

Medication is often the most effective option for ADHD, but we also talk through practical strategies for organization and routine, and can coordinate with therapy if that would help.

You don't have to figure this out alone. Same-week appointments are often available.
